The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with all relevant information regarding the use that MEELARTS makes of the personal data that it collects or is likely to collect on the website https://eddymaniez.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”). 

MEELARTS collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data as set out in Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the " Data Protection " and EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection known as the " GDPR ". 

In this respect, MEELARTS is committed to ensuring respect for your privacy and protecting the personal data processed:

The data controller is MEELARTS, a simplified joint-stock company, with a share capital of MEELARTS € registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Antibes under number 847 929 114 , whose registered office is located at 671 CHE DE BEAUVERT 06600 ANTIBES , represented by its president Erwan LANGLOIS. 

MEELARTS therefore determines the purposes and means of data processing, that is to say their objectives and how to achieve them.

  1. Who has access to your personal data?  

4.1. MEELARTS staff 

MEELARTS is committed to ensuring that access to the personal data it holds is only granted to employees authorized to know it based on their job responsibilities. These individuals are referred to as " authorized access persons" . 

4.2. MEELARTS' subcontractors 

MEELARTS uses subcontractors located within the European Union who offer an adequate level of protection. If it uses subcontractors located in countries that do not offer a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union, MEELARTS undertakes to ensure that data transfers are carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to govern them by concluding, with these subcontractors, standard contractual clauses as established by the European Commission, which guarantee a sufficient level of protection for the privacy and fundamental rights of individuals.  

In all cases, MEELARTS undertakes to ensure that its subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

Upon request, and within the framework of a specific mission or the exercise of a right of communication, MEELARTS may be required to communicate your personal data to bodies authorized by a legislative or regulatory provision such as administrative or judicial authorities.  

  1. How long are your personal data kept for? 

Your personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is processed.  

In the context of sending commercial prospecting and more generally any contact from you, MEELARTS retains personal data for a period of 3 years from the initial collection or the last contact from you. 

Beyond these retention periods, your personal data may be subject to intermediate archiving (restricted access), for the time necessary to comply with MEELARTS' legal and regulatory obligations or in the context of managing any potential litigation. 

  1. Security of personal data processed  

MEELARTS places the utmost importance on the security and integrity of your personal data. Therefore, MEELARTS is committed to implementing and updating appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or communication to unauthorized persons. 

  1. Personal data breach  

  

In the event of a data breach likely to affect you and pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, MEELARTS undertakes to:  

  • notify the CNIL of this data breach as soon as possible, and at the latest within 72 hours of becoming aware of it; 
  • inform you as soon as possible and; 
  • to make its best efforts to take all possible measures to neutralize the data breach and minimize its impacts.  
  1. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?  

Right of access: you can request access to the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it in a readable and understandable format; 

Right to rectification : you can ask us to rectify, complete or update your personal data; 

Right to erasure : you can ask us to delete your personal data, in particular when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; 

Right to restriction of processing : you can request that we restrict the use of your personal data in accordance with the terms set out in Article 18 of the GDPR; 

Right to data portability : you can request a copy of your personal data from us for the purpose of transmitting it to another data controller; 

Right to object : you can object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 21 of the GDPR; 

Right to withdraw consent : You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing for which it was obtained. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Before responding to a request to exercise a right, we may verify your identity and/or ask you to provide us with more information to respond to your request.  

Following a request to exercise your rights, MEELARTS undertakes to provide you with information on the measures taken as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by two months depending on the complexity and number of requests. MEELARTS will inform you of this extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving your request.  

In the event that MEELARTS does not comply with the request made, you will be informed, at the latest within one month of receipt of the request, of the reasons for its inaction and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and of bringing a legal action.
